程金波

程金波,教授,理学博士,硕士研究生导师,中央民族大学高层次优秀人才,美国Sanford-Burnham医学研究所访问学者。担任北京神经科学学会青年委员会副主任委员,中国卒中学会转化分会常务委员,Frontiers in Pharmacology副主编,Frontiers in Immunology等多项期刊责任主编,Journal of Neuroinflammation, Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B, Cellular Signaling, Mitochondrion等期刊特邀审稿人。

一直从事神经精神疾病(阿尔茨海默病、帕金森氏病、抑郁症等)的致病机制与干预研究,重点关注小胶质细胞活化、神经炎症、表观遗传修饰等在疾病中的作用和机制,以第一作者或通讯作者在Science AdvancesIF=14.9),AutophagyIF=16.0, Cell Death and DifferentiationIF=15.8, TheranosticsIF=12.4, Protein & CellIF=15.3等国际著名期刊发表SCI论文30多篇,被引用次数1000余次。合作研究工作发表在Cell MetabolismIF=31.3),Science AdvancesIF=14.9),Molecular PsychiatryIF=13.4等期刊。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目3项、青年基金项目1项、北京市自然基金面上项目1项、军队重大项目子课题2项,江西中医药大学开放课题1项等。已培养多名硕士研究生,博士研究生、博士后,获中央民族大学优秀硕士学位论文1项。

主要研究方向:

1. 神经退行性疾病的致病机制研究:围绕阿尔茨海默病和帕金森氏病的发病机制,结合基因敲除、动物行为学、分子生物学等技术方法,重点研究小胶质细胞介导的神经炎症在疾病发生发展中的作用与分子机制,揭示神经炎症在疾病中的关键作用,为疾病治疗提供关键分子靶点和新策略。

2. 情感障碍的致病机制与干预研究:重点研究抑郁症、创伤后应激障碍等情感障碍的致病机制,通过建立疾病的动物模型,并结合基因敲除、药物干预等方式,揭示抑郁症、创伤后应激障碍等情感障碍发生的分子机制,并探究干预该类疾病的新策略。

3. 表观遗传学修饰研究:主要研究表观遗传调控(RNA甲基化修饰、蛋白质翻译后修饰等)在神经炎症调控和神经系统疾病中的作用和机制研究。
