Research direction
The research direction is environmental assessment and governance. Based on the theory of environmental hydraulics, mathematical or physical models are used to simulate and predict the migration and transformation of pollutants in water bodies, providing solutions for water environment governance. Simulation and regulation technology researches have conducted on water environmental ecological elements of large reservoirs such as the Three Gorges Reservoir, the Ertan Reservoir of the Yalong River, the Ahai Reservoir of the Jinsha River, the Wudongde Reservoir of the Jinsha River, the Pubugou Reservoir of the Dadu River, and the Miyun Reservoir of Beijing, Daya Bay Nuclear Power Base, providing scientific basis for local ecological environment protection.
