Research Interests

My current work may be conveniently divided into two broad areas:

Based on environmental chemistry and modern analytical techniques, my research group investigated the distribution characteristics, adsorption-desorption, migration regularityand risk assessment of inorganic pollutants in environmental media and human body of Ethnic Minority Region. The work can provide reliable experimental data and theoretical basis for pollutioncontrolandadministration of environmental pollution in localareas.

Based on analytical chemistry and biochemistry theory, my laboratory developed the technique to study the interaction between antibiotic and protein under different conditions, the conformation of protein and components of protein secondary structure by multi-spectroscopic and molecular docking methods. The research can provide useful information for drug design, drug screening and the relationship between the structure and function of the protein.
